Navigating the job market can be challenging and frustrating. When you get the call to come in for an interview, here’s something you should avoid saying:
“My current company/employer/boss is terrible.”
Every job comes with its own challenges and difficulties. Potential employers want to hear about how you’ve faced a difficult situation and overcame obstacles. Instead of complaining about your current boss or duties, pick out particularly difficult situations or circumstances and describe how you didn’t let a challenge get in the way of accomplishing a task.
