The NSW Government’s Youth Frontiers mentoring program is an electorate based program that focuses on leadership and civic engagement.

GetSet has been successful in securing a portion of this state wide contract and has offers 10 places in the Riverina Murray Electorate and 10 places in the Wagga electorate.

Young people participating in Youth Frontiers will receive a minimum of 30 hours mentoring, including at least 10 hours of one-on-one mentoring. The program will provide mentees with an opportunity to build life skills and self confidence by working collaboratively with their mentors to undertake a community project that makes a positive difference in their local community

Youth Frontiers is a state wide youth mentoring program which aims to see over 1200 young people in Years 8 and 9 work with a mentor to get them actively engaged in their school communities and develop their skills and confidence.

Each student will be allocated a mentor who will support and guide the young person for a six (6) month period, working with them to develop, implement and complete/showcase their chosen civic project.
