GetSet has a position available for an Apprentice Chef at a very reputable Italian restaurant based in Griffith.

Our Host Employer is seeking someone who is eager to learn and develop their career in the hospitality industry.

Applicants should possess the following:

• have a passion for creating food with flavours
• A happy and proactive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliability and punctuality are a must

Daily duties and responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Assist in preparation of quality restaurant meals
• Making Pizzas and preparing ingredients
• Comply with policy and procedures and WHS responsibilities
• Comply with sanitation and food safety standards
• Cooking meals to a high standard for all customers
• Attend TAFE in Wagga on a weekly basis for two years studying Cert III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery
