GetSet is seeking a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our Host Employer, a well-established local transport company based in Leeton.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous administration experience or a recent Year 12 school leaver looking to start their career in a professional office environment. For the right candidate, a Business Administration traineeship may be available.
You will provide administrative support to the Host Employer’s daily operations, working closely with office staff and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
General administration and office support
Answering phone calls and directing enquiries
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with scheduling, bookings, and transport documentation
Filing, scanning, and document management
Providing professional customer service to drivers, clients, and suppliers
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
Well-presented with strong communication skills
Confident using computers (email, Word, basic data entry)
Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Interested in developing a long-term career in administration
Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential Year 12 school leavers are strongly encouraged to apply
