GetSet is seeking a skilled 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Fitter to join our highly regarded host employer in Griffith, known for excellence in the Engineering and Metal Fabrication industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an apprentice who has already gained solid experience in the trade and is looking to continue their training in a supportive, diverse, and fast-paced workshop environment. You’ll work alongside qualified tradespeople while further developing your technical abilities, practical experience, and industry knowledge.

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Are currently undertaking a Engineering Mechanical Apprenticeship (3rd or 4th year)
• Have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on fitting experience
• Are confident in reading drawings, taking measurements, and performing accurate calculations
• Are physically fit and capable of performing a wide range of manual tasks
• Are reliable, motivated, and committed to completing their trade
• Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
• Demonstrate competent problem-solving skills and a strong interest in mechanical systems
