GetSet is excited to offer an Apprenticeship with a reputable host employer in Griffith, known for excellence in the Engineering and Metal Fabrication trade.

As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside highly skilled tradespeople who deliver quality fabrication work for both local and international clients. You will receive hands-on coaching, mentoring, and exposure to a wide variety of fabrication projects.

This apprenticeship includes weekly attendance at Griffith TAFE over a three-year period, giving you the chance to earn while you learn and develop valuable, in-demand skills. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in a diverse and respected organisation.

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Are physically fit and capable of manual work
• Have strong literacy and numeracy abilities
• Can confidently perform mathematical calculations, including formulas, fractions, decimals, percentages, and proportions
• Are motivated, reliable, and committed to completing a full apprenticeship in a busy work environment
• Communicate well and work effectively in a team
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
