GetSet is seeking expressions of interest from reliable and motivated factory workers for upcoming opportunities with a well-established beverage manufacturing factory based in Leeton.

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. You will be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, working as part of a team to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. You will be required to work on rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with beverage production
• Operate basic machinery and equipment (training provided)
• Pack, label, and prepare products for distribution
• Conduct quality checks and follow food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a production team

We’re looking for candidates who:
• Are reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Can follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
• Are physically capable of standing for long periods and manual handling
• Have good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Can work effectively in a team environment
• Hold a current forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
• Previous factory or food production experience is an advantage, but not essential
