About the Role
As the first point of contact for the business, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment while developing your administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Data entry and general administrative support
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
About You:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Ability to work well in a team environment
