We’re seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our host employer in Griffith. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotes, pricing, and process orders
Support sales teams to identify opportunities
Coordinate with purchasing on pricing and availability
Maintain CRM records and conduct outbound prospecting
Manage goods receipting, supplier invoices, and documentation
Provide customer support, including material certificates
Collaborate across departments and participate in stocktakes
Follow all workplace health, safety, and company policies
Relationships
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with internal teams to support company goals
Develop external networks with industry contacts and professionals
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to safety, drug & alcohol, and emergency procedures
Follow SOPs, report hazards, and complete required training
