GetSet is currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Service Advisor to join one of our valued host employers within the automotive industry.

As the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs.

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring service and repair requirements are clearly communicated and completed efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Booking service appointments and providing information on servicing and repairs
• Greeting customers and conducting vehicle assessments
• Preparing repair orders and obtaining customer authorisation for work
• Providing estimates for service and repair costs
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
• Liaising with technicians, parts and warranty departments
• Coordinating parts availability and repair schedules
• Explaining completed work and invoices to customers upon vehicle collection
• Advising customers of future maintenance requirements
• Managing customer concerns and ensuring a positive resolution
• Promoting dealership products, services and value-added offerings
• Maintaining accurate customer records and service documentation
