We would like to introduce you to Tron Fermann, a participant in our Employ Local, Support Local, Live Local campaign. Mr. Fermann is a recent graduate of St Francis De Sales and after obtaining his HSC he has set his sights on a career in the building industry.

While at school he excelled in many subjects, showing particular strength in Maths and Multimedia. Mr. Fermann did several work experience placements with local builders in the building industry and it further cemented his desire to become a builder. With his long term goal set, Mr. Fermann began attaining the credentials he would need to progress into the career he hopes to attain. He has since attained a white card and a Trade Certificate II in Building and Construction.

His experience with local builders increased his exposure and experience with various aspects of building and construction. He’s become proficient with the use of basic hand tools and pneumatic nailers, drills and drop saws and is eager to learn more.
